Water Saving Cultivation Methods Of Seedless Watermelon On Dry Slope Land

Now, the water-saving cultivation techniques of Seedless Watermelon in off-season dry slope land are introduced as follows:
1. Water saving skills
1)The use of silver and black two-color film as border cover is not only conducive to water and heat preservation, but also improve the light intensity of leaf back, reduce the damage of aphids, and there are no weeds on the border. These effects are not possessed by the single use of white film or black film, and it is even more impossible to grow in the open.
2)Using the drip irrigation technique based on hose drip irrigation, hose drip irrigation has the characteristics of low cost, obvious water-saving effect and convenient operation. Firstly, the water is pumped from the lower part to the settlement pool at the higher part, after settlement filtration, and then sent to the drip irrigation pipe through the water delivery pipe, which is directly transmitted to the plant root area. All top dressing can be dissolved into the pool and evenly applied to the root through the drip irrigation pipe.
3)Make a border along the contour line, fully intercept the ...
... rainwater, make a border along the contour line, and the rainwater flows into the border ditch and seeps into the root area, which can reduce irrigation, save power and reduce costs.rolling benches
2. Cultivation skills
1)The use of hole tray seedling raising is particularly suitable for large-scale and professional production. Compared with nutrient bag and nutrient bowl seedling raising, it saves more than 60% of nutrient soil, improves the transportation effect by 2-4 times and the colonization speed by 5-8 times. The seedless watermelon variety is Nongyou new No. 1, which is suitable for export and North transportation.
2)Expand row spacing and plant spacing, reduce the number of planting plants and reduce the cost of seedlings. Because drip irrigation and hole plate seedling planting techniques are adopted, the plant survival rate is high and the growth and development is neat. The ratio of qualified commodities to melons is very high. Generally, the width of single border is 3.5m, and the planting plant spacing is 0.7-0.8m. 240-280 plants were planted in 667m2. The ditch application of base fertilizer shall be combined with the spreading application, and the phosphorus fertilizer shall be re applied. The amount of 667m2 shall not be less than 100kg, the organic fertilizer shall not be less than 4000kg, and the dry chicken manure shall not be less than 50kg. If possible, the rotary cultivator can be used along the border to mix the fertilizer and soil evenly.
3)Majestic pruning and forking. If the pruning and forking is not carried out in time in the production, the plant will grow wildly and the fruit setting will be irregular, resulting in low commodity rate and low benefit. In this production method of seedless watermelon, three vine pruning is the standard pruning method, such as "one main and two auxiliary". After three vines are selected, all lateral vines at all levels shall be knocked off before fruit setting.
4)Timely artificial pollination, water and fertilizer control during flowering and fruit setting period, so as to ensure the fruit setting of the 17th-21st node of the main vine, that is, the third female flower of the main vine, and continue pollination for 3-5 days. After that, pollinate the female flowers of accessory vine for 3-5 days, and check the fruit setting after a week. If more than 95% of the fruit setting, it is not necessary to supplement.
5)Fruit thinning shall be carried out in time, and no more than 2 fruits shall be left per plant. About 10 days after pollination stagnation, fruit thinning shall be carried out in time. Only one melon shall be left for plants with poor growth and two for plants with strong growth.
6)Timely topdressing, foliar spraying and water fertilization are combined. At the same time, before the vine extends out of the membrane, apply the same amount of mixed fertilizer of compound fertilizer and potassium fertilizer for 1-2 times in the ditch beside the membrane, and apply 50kg at 667m2. In the result period, compound fertilizer and potassium fertilizer were put into the sedimentation tank according to the proportion of 0.1%, mixed fertilizer and drip irrigation for 2-3 times, and the number of fertilizer drops can be increased according to the growth trend. Sweet fruit essence can be sprayed on the leaves to increase the sugar content of fruits, and leaf green essence can be sprayed to maintain plant growth. Increase the amount of water during fruit expansion, so that the water can seep out of the film. Harvest the first melon in time. When the first melon is seven or eight mature, it can be harvested and transported to the north. If it is not harvested on the plant, it is not conducive to the expansion of the second melon.
