Customer Persona And Its Importance

I have said this before and I’ll say it again: Customers are the most important. They are like our gods. Keeping customers happy should be your motto. Achieving customer satisfaction is not that easy, but I know you can do it. So don’t let anyone overwhelm you and read the article to know more.

What is the customer persona?
Customer persona is a typical statistic which represents a set of traits of a large community. It’s based on the data that is available through research and web analytics. Basically customer persona gives you an insight into what actions your customers are taking regarding a product or a website or anything. Now, how are these insights developed? These are developed with the help of customers! Like duh…
Customers’ actions and reactions can tell you almost anything to everything. So interaction with customers is so vital. For example, customer persona can tell you about the problems your audience is facing with your product, or maybe what they liked the most, or it can help you prioritize your campaigns, restocking, etc.
When you are aware of all the information, it would be so much easier for you to make your next move or strategize your promotional activities.
Let’s say you are a tailor and someone asks you to make a three-piece suit but doesn’t provide you with any measurements. You won’t be able to make a suit. Now, if that person already tells you all the details like measurement and the way he/she wants it to look like, then it would be so much easier for you to do your job. And that’s exactly how customer persona works.
