First of all, the production process of each bronze sculpture is unique. The first thing our master sculptor has to do is to sculpt the clay model. This is one of the more critical steps. It is difficult to change the image after casting. The next step is to make a mold out of the original clay. It is usually made of polyurethane mold compound or high quality silicone rubber. After the whole mold has dried, it is cut out of the clay. If the sculpture is large, it needs to be divided into smaller parts. After the entire mold has dried, it is removed from the clay, divided into separate sections, ...

Second, the wax replica can then be poured out of the mold for wax chasing. This step is mainly to make up for any defects in the wax. A solid shell can then be cast, which will become the metal bronze vessel. At this point, the wax is poured into the prepared container and the solid bronze block is heated to melt it. After filling the container, it is allowed to cool for a few hours.

After that, it is ready for soldering and metal assembly. When the sculpture becomes too complex, the mold is cut into pieces and re-soldered together to form the entire piece. Once the welding is complete, it can be sandblasted to give it a smooth surface and finally painted with a bronze color for coloring. Thus a complete sculpture is completed.
