All About Aipma?

AIPMA stands for the All India Plastics Manufacturers' Association. It was founded 73 years ago and is currently the oldest and the largest apex body of the Plastic Manufacturers Association India. The head office of this Association is situated in some of the Prime locations like Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, and Kolkata. This non-profit organization provides plastic goods throughout India and exports them abroad as well. AIPMA is honoured with the Certificate of Origin from the Directorate General of Foreign Trade or DGFT for operating various trades and businesses within the country and exporting their products abroad. The Plastivision or the plastic exhibition is arranged by the Plastic Manufacturers Association India, popularly known as AIPMA.

The organization organizes different training programs for various skilled as well as unskilled individuals in the Plastic industry.
They have successfully adopted IITs to promote Plastic Cluster Development.
They spread awareness on various environmental issues, and arrange anti-plastic campaigns.
This Plastic Manufacturers Association India is recognized by the Chemical and Fertilizer Ministry, Department of Petrochemicals, Government of India. They have also represented in several Union and state government ministries, to raise concerns and bring out the difficulties faced by the plastic industries of India. This organization plays a very important role in the Plastic Industry of India. It plays a role in budgetary structure recommendations, monitoring the uniformity in Government rules and regulations, and sketching out strategies and policies for the industry.
The AIPMA forum comprises 25+ plastic associations of India, like the Indian Plastic Institute in Mumbai, Bombay Small Scale Industries Association, Federation of Industries of India, Indian Plastics Federation, Organization of Plastics Processors of India, and so on. They have an in-house publication, a Data Bank of 50,000+ data available for all the sectors of the Plastic industry globally, and a website.
The organisation is dedicated to bringing growth and development to the plastic industry in India and contributes to the National and Global progress with its products.
