Blood sugar or glucose comes from the food you take and it is the main source of energy for your body to be healthy. Diabetes is a disease that occurs if your blood sugar levels are too high or low. If your blood sugar level is high then it is considered hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia mean a condition that your blood sugar level is low.

Hyperglycemia:

Hyperglycemia is a condition in which the patient's blood glucose level is higher than normal. Due to this, it causes vomiting, excessive hunger, and thirst, rapid heartbeat, vision problems, and other symptoms. If the blood glucose level is higher than 126 mg/dl in fasting then it is considered hyperglycemia.

Hypoglycemia:

Hypoglycemia is a condition in which a patient's blood glucose level is lower than normal. This condition causes shakiness, dizziness, sweating, hunger, a fast heartbeat, confusion. If the blood glucose level is less than 70 mg/dl in fasting then it is considered hypoglycemia.

... least eight hours and the normal blood sugar level for adults without sugar after eating two hours must be 90 to 100 mg/dl. A blood sugar level less than 140mg/dl is considered normal level

How to control blood sugar levels:

The important step to control blood sugar levels is don't take the complete food at a time. Take the food multiple times for a particular interval, So it will help you control blood sugar and while taking the food considering that contains fiber and avoid white bread, rice, and pasta. Make sure to monitor the A1C test once in three months. So, it will give you the average blood sugar level in the past three months. If your glucose level is high then follow the precautions that the doctor has prescribed for your problem.

If your blood sugar level is high in the A1C test you need to monitor your blood sugar levels on a daily basis because if you are not considered it leads to heart disease, kidney disease, liver problems and may cause other side effects. Make sure to monitor your sugar level by using a glucometer on a daily basis and if your glucose level is more than 200 mg/dl then immediately consult an endocrinologist. An endocrinologist is a doctor who has special training in diagnosing and treating disorders of the endocrine system.
