5. Take on challenges: It’ll help you to rebuild the trust and belief in self.
6. Positive Affirmations: Such as, ”I am worthy of having what I want, There are no blocks I cannot overcome, I make a difference by showing up ...
... every day and doing my best” can help cultivate positive emotions in a person.
