Physically Challenged Have A Blessing In Disguise!

Motor scooters are a blessing to physically challenged, offering them sense of freedom. Besides this, if you are looking out to move around with in your own residential area, you have two other options such as wheel chair and powered wheel chair.
Gone are the days when people with physical problems used to sulk behind the pillar, shunning themselves away from a social gathering. They too have a life to live, and to live more happily and independently too. Why should you restrict yourself from doing things when there are devices to support you?
Three wheeler type or four wheeler type are the options available to you. You can have some special devices installed such as an oxygen holder, baskets on any side you would prefer to have, and a good back seat with recliner attached to it. This way, you can get accessories that you would require for your safe drive. You would be better equipped for any inevitable circumstances with the oxygen holder too.
Some are easily portable as they can be folded and carried where ever you want. While others are heavy units which will require lot of space to park them. Portable ...
... ones can be transported in a truck or a small van. Size of your vehicle can be determined by you, if you do not want any additional accessory you can choose not to have them and make your vehicle a compact one with three wheels.
There are outdoor scooters which can be used indoor as well. If you prefer a vehicle which can be used for dual purpose, make a right move. Two seaters, portable ones, three seaters and petite scooters are the different variety, you can choose from. But the portable or foldable ones have a small turning radius.
Petite Scooters
Two Seater Scooters
Foldable Mobility Scooters
Scooters with oxygen holders
Three and Four-Wheel Electric Scooters
Scooters with headlights and baskets
Heavy-Duty Electric Scooters
You will also want to consider your weight and size when looking at portable mobility scooters. Due to their compact size, portable scooters are not necessarily designed for larger individuals. You may have to check for a heavier duty model.
Operating the scooter will require the ability to use the upper body (trunk and arms) and to maintain an upright position. If you have difficulty with grasping (dexterity) then a scooter may not be your best choice. You may require a wheelchair that has push button operation.
