If you exercise on a regular basis, you will know how important it is that you warm up before you start of. Now, warm up might not necessarily contribute towards burning the calories effectively, but it certainly does help in building muscles as it helps in getting your body be all geared up for the heavy exercise and workout that you are about to do.
