Users can schedule meetings using natural-language queries such as “Find a time for me and Paul to meet for breakfast next week.” Before sending calendar invitations, the backend service looks up attendee availability and communicates via email. Meetings can also be rescheduled and canceled by the scheduler.Administrators must enable Scheduler via a PowerShell commandlet in order to create a custom mailbox and configure it to handle meeting requests. The Scheduler can be purchased from the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Users must purchase and enable Scheduler separately, even if their organization already has Cortana for Windows 10 and/or the Cortana briefing email enabled.The Scheduler will be available as an add-on to most Microsoft 365 licenses that include a Microsoft Exchange Online subscription. Scheduler costs $10 per user per month if paid annually, and $12 per user per month if paid monthly. Volume and partner discounts are available, as well as a 30-day standard free trial for Scheduler.According to officials, the enhanced Outlook Mobile voice features also allow users to say things like “attach the latest budget to the meeting invitation,” and the Microsoft Graph will attach the appropriate document.
