There are different kinds of houses throughout the world and each of them has specific features that make them stand out from the others. For instance, you have heard about a house, a two-storey building, a duplex, a townhouse and a Villa. Each of them is different and have their unique features. These are also low maintenance because of the polished interiors.
Single houses
Single homes are stand-alone homes that come with the tile of construction and land. Anything within the perimeter is in possession of the owner. This can be a single storey or two storey building having any size or shape. One can even have a granny flat on the perimeter. Duplex villa
A duplex is a cluster of 2 or 3 individual units sharing one or two common walls.
