We have seen where smoking among teens has escalated to alarming levels, and that has caused much concern. There have been observations that when it comes to other countries where the tobacco campaigns aren’t publicized, there are not many teens there smoking as we have in our society.

There are many ailments that can result from cigarette smoking, and therefore one needs to ensure that they are well informed and thus limit the number of them that smoke. They are gum cancer, lung-related illnesses, and many more that can come from cigarette smoking. They have been seen suffering from mouth-related disease and, therefore, end up with bad breath and some gum illness.

Their teeth are primarily affected, and therefore they often result in decaying teeth. When that happens, then what they do is that they cannot visit the doctor, so their condition will worsen, and then they will result in either the loss of the tooth or the surgery is needed. What happens is that the section of the brain that deals with logic and that which also allows you to think more clearly, is affected, and then you will see where the teen isn’t able to comprehend simple things, and then they will lose their sense of reasoning. This will also happen if the teen continues the lousy habit all through to their adult life.

Various things can also come from the bad habit of tobacco smoking, and therefore, as teens, we need to be careful as to what we are doing for all that we are doing now will indeed, if we continue, follow us into our adult life.

There have been many campaigns that have been made that are geared towards teens smoking, and therefore we need to ensure that we take a look at them and the messages that were are getting and then use them to make a change in our lives. Smoking is terrible for your health, and it's worst when you are doing it from you are in your teens; the repercussions will be significant.
