Why is Egg quality important: The Embryo is formed from the Egg and the Sperm. The quality of the Embryo is decided from the quality of the egg and the quality of the sperm. The initial division in the Embryo takes place with the help of the Maternal Mitochondria which is the powerhouse of the Egg. Thus the healthy egg is important to have a healthy Embryo.
The things that can improve the Egg quality are-
Intake of sufficient nutrients like Vitamin C, D and E.
Balanced Diet
Regular exercise
Reduced Stress level
If you wish to delay your pregnancy, it is better to get an AMH test done. If AMH is less than 1 and the age is above 35 then the best option is to freeze the eggs.

Quinoa- It is important that at least 50% of the intake of the prospective mother come from whole grain. Swapping animal based proteins with plant based like Quinoa will help in increasing the chances of conception.
Asparagus- It is nutrient fat food and low in calories. It contains approx 60% of your daily folate value, 8% of Zinc value and 16% of selenium which are important for fertility.
Cinnamon- Insulin resistance is associated with PCOD which is a common cause for infertility in women. In a small study of 45 women with PCOD Cinnamon was tested and it was shown that cinnamon improved ovulation and menstrual regularity.
All Fruits especially Banana- Bananas are a great source of Vitamin B6 which helps in the formation of Zygote (early embryo). The inadequacy of B6 will lead to poor eggs and sperm quality.
The ones who include whole grains, fruits, vegetables, lentils and lean proteins in their daily diet will help them improve the quality of their eggs.
It is also important to avoid a few things which can hamper the fertility rate.

Alcohol
Sedentary lifestyle
Excessive stress
