Detailed Overview
The Rugged Monitoring T301 is a specially designed fiber optic temperature monitor for long term continuous online monitoring and testing application in energy, emobility, aerospace, defense, Oil & Gas and Industrial segments. The T301 Fiber optic monitor combines compact form factor and user-friendly interface in the monitor and software. The system is based on proven zero-drift GaAs technology and designed for Plug and Play operation. The T301 has wider measuring range from -269 °C to +300 °C, with higher accuracy (less than 1°C), 100% repeatability and faster response time (200ms per channel). It has capability to measure temperature from maximum 24 Fiber Optic Temperature Sensors and a local LED display ...
... for real time data visualization. The system supports range of comminution options (Serial-RS485, Ethernet-RJ45, Fiber-FXP) for third party system integration.
The T301 monitor comes with remote monitoring and configuration software, Rugged Connect, a common software platform for all RUGGED Monitoring systems. The Rugged Connect software has advance visualization, configuration, notification and reporting features to suit different applications. The software also allows customers to program alarm conditions and relays based on their needs. The T301 also comes with a web-client software (Option available for systems with Ethernet or Fiber-FXP ports) that has feature similar to Rugged Connect software. The system supports all major industry standard protocols (Modbus, DNP3.0, IEC60780–104, IEC61850) and comes with drivers for MATLAB, LabView and python for easy data integration.
The T301 monitor can be extended to add analog output and relay outputs. The system can be provided with one analog output module that supports up to 08 programmable analog outputs. Relay Output module (optional) can also be made available (built-in) with maximum of 08 Form-C relays (user programmable).
