Personal Storage Table (.pst) file is the Outlook's file where emails, notes, contacts, appointments, etc. are stored. This default location can be changed by making some modifications in the registry. Execute the following steps to change the default location:

1.Close the Outlook, if it is running.

3.In the Open dialog box type regedit and press the ENTER key or click the OK button. The registry window opens up.

4.Now, find out the following key in the registry: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook

7.Type Force PST path in the text box.

8.Press the ENTER key.

9.Now, select the ForcePST string and click the Modify button.

10.Now, type the full location where you want to save the Outlook.pst file.

12.Restart your computer system.
