India is a fast-growing economy. During this pandemic, our healthcare segment has to improve which needs a lot of healthcare staff (Nurses & Paramedic staff) those who generally execute the task on the ground to provide better service. During this COVID-19 pandemic, it was very clear that the role of ambulance driver & the role of Nurses were in demand. There are so many Nurses coming out every year & there are a lot of Hospitals exist in India but still, we complain that there is no opportunity for nurses & Hospital are not getting a right resource. Don’t You think there is something missing or there is unawareness or a communication gap which has to be improved?
In this Digital world, Now-a-days a lot of things are happening digitally like fintech Payment, AI (Artificial Intelligence) in healthcare computer-assisted operations but connecting the right resources to the right opportunity /Requirement still a Gap.
I thought to explore this and I started reviewing. This article is my experience, in India so many leaders are coming out with great ideas to make this India a digital Hub for all but nobody ...

I started with a lot of research & connecting to a few of my Medical Friends and medical fraternity. During my research, I found Innovative start-up in this Digital space as MediVaah (www.MediVaah.com) which is a great initiative for the fulfilling the requirement of hospitals as well as for healthcare professionals and for an Individual. I visited their website. I spoke with a few team members of MediVaah. Then I got to know, As MediVaah is a Digital Resource Provider platform and Connecting Medicos (Nurses, Doctors & Physio) to the right requirement on a Real-time basis.
MediVaah Provides Flexibility to medicos to work for Flexi hours, short term, & long term. This sounds interesting to me. Then they told me if I download the app not only the (Hospital, Nurses, Doctors & Physio) but also End Consumer (Patient & Care seeker) get benefit from this Platform. In this, an Individual can schedule a Home visit for his home care need.
MediVaah -Connecting Medicos to the right opportunity whether it is a Doctors, Nurses or Physio, on the other hand connecting the care seekers in terms of hospitals who are looking for the right talent and the individual who is looking for some support in Health at home. So Basically, they are connecting them in the right digital way on a location / Map-Based Platform.
I would say I am very pleased that some groups of Doctors have implemented their innovative thought with an innovative team who is taking it Forward. I truly believe this is just a start and this will surely go beyond. This is a step towards providing Opportunities for (Nurses, Doctors & Physios) digitally.
Increasing awareness might facilitate the communication between healthcare professionals and patients, which is a crucial component of quality healthcare.
