Dondre Whitfield, a veteran of the television and film industries, has also developed a reputation as a public speaker and author. “You need a band of brothers who are moving in the same direction as you are. You need to be surrounded by people who are either already in the space you're going to or are on their way to a similar space.” He cited the fact that all of his friends are married or in serious relationships as an example. Their ideals are compatible with his, and the choices they make do not jeopardize his way of life. It's not by accident; boundaries are vital because they protect us.

Whitfield's experience has taught me to seek support, embrace help, and be of assistance. He mentions some of the things he believes people will be able to profit from right away. Whitfield said, "I want to increase them and make them come to a place of mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing and wholeness."
