How to Organize Shortcuts in Folders

Before starting the procedure of organizing shortcuts, make sure your device is running on the latest OS version because the folder feature is not available in older versions.

Open Shortcuts app on iPad or iPhone.
All created shortcuts will appear on the screen.
Press Shortcuts option at the top-left side of the display.
In the following tab, a Starter Shortcuts folder automatically gets created.

Type a name of the folder first.
Press Add.
Now click on the folder you recently created.
The newly created folder you’ll find will be empty, but you can click + icon to create a custom shortcut.
However, if you want to add an existing shortcut in the folder, you’ll have to go to the Shortcuts section.
Press the Select option.
Now choose the Shortcuts that you want to move into the recently created folder.
Press Move once the shortcuts are selected.
Now choose the recently created folder to shift your selected shortcuts.
This is the complete process to organize the shortcuts in the folder. Great thing about folders is that users can create numerous folders and add numerous shortcuts in it.

By following similar steps, users can create folders as per their requirement in an easy manner.

iOS 14 added plenty of interesting and highly awaited features for its users. Widgets are among the main features of a smartphone, but Apple has added it in iOS 14. However, the widgets in iOS are slightly different, but unique. Luckily, Shortcuts supports widgets as well, and users can create a separate folder for widgets shortcuts for quick access.
