A good deal of employers are recognizing the existence of workplace violence and harassment and formulating solutions and strategies to address the problem. An increase in cognizance is commonly accompanied by a decrease in tolerance for incidents of abuse.

Violence and harassment at the workplace can badly compromise a work surroundings.
