Contemporary life practice shows that people willing to be successful must have exceptional intelligence the ability of quick unconventional thinking, quick reaction and good background knowledge.

Obsession in a desire to be perfect

Psychologists distinguish that years after years people that did not succeed in making their dreams true, search the ways to put their dreams into action through their children. As a result, they make their children to attend several study and hobby groups telling them about their unique talents and special mission in life. A big number of such talented children provokes competition between them. Everyone tends to be the best, to achieve the best marks and to show the best results. But how does it influence children's state of mind is rather interesting question.

A point to think

Modern psychologists and researchers point out that the pursuit to be the best in studying during the school years has a negative impact on the future life of a person. The situation when a student gets only A+ results in his/her understanding of his/her superiority not only because of intellectual ...
... faculties but also because of mental thinking transformation. A student begins to exaggerate his/her real capabilities and things he/she deserves in a life. The unlimited willingness to be the best person and to obtain only the best things may smash by the reality, sometimes not so bright and perfect. B instead A+ at the exam or for an academic paper makes a student to be upset. Student begins to feel himself to be defective and thus to search mistakes only in himself/herself. Such egocentrism plays not a good role in human life. A person who obtained only good marks at school would tend to be top dog in life. Thus, any difficulty or life obstacle would be considered as a total tragedy. The outcome is the following. It is better to be the average student with the average knowledge. This helps to cope with life problems much easier.
