Significant Hindu Wedding Card Wordings Bearing Religious Traits
Hindu families are particular in maintaining their religious and cultural marks in all aspects of weddings organized for their marrying off their sons and daughters. Hence, their wedding invitation letters should bear customized wordings in a format that is strictly written as per the ancient Hindu customs and now diligently followed by reputed wedding card makers.
Hinduism is the largest religion in India, for which the majority of this country’s population belong to this religion. Most Hindus prefer to exhibit their bonding to their religion when they need to invite their relatives and friends to their weddings. Thus, the formats used for Hindu wedding card wordings are created according to specific Hindu traditions of inviting honored guests to a wedding ceremony.

They also provide a brief English translation of the letter content, for the convenience of guests from other linguistic backgrounds.
The wordings are usually printed in a sharp contrast shade to the chosen background color of the wedding card. However, black color is avoided at all cost, as it is considered inauspicious by Hindus.
