Now, lift the scooter's back wheels and connect the red wire of the throttle to 4.3 Volts DC. The black wire should also be connected with 4.3 Volts DC ground. Now take the voltmeter and connect it with black and green or blue wire. Connect the fuse and turn on the throttle. If the motor turns on and the voltmeter shows a reading of 3+ Volts, then there is no problem with the throttle. But, if it shows less value, then your throttle is faulty. If the motor does not turn on, then there is a problem with the batteries. Now, after testing, remove all the wires for the voltmeter and turn off the engine.

3. Solve the problem

If you find a problem in the throttle and controller connection, then get it repaired by an engineer. Either visit your nearby garage or call the electric scooter company to get it fixed.
