Recreate Meal Recipes With Mayonnaise

Looking for an interesting meal recipe for a family get-together? How about the recipes from your kitchen dairy? There is a Paneer recipe in your diary that you have mastered. Now you want to make the same Paneer recipe but with a different taste. Enlighten your recipe with Mayonnaise. Here I will recommend you a stuffed Paneer Tikka recipe with Veg Mayonnaise. Mayonnaise is rich in vitamin A, D, and E.

This recipe can be served for lunch or dinner and the quantity is perfect for 2-4 family members. For preparation, you will need approximately 20 to 25 mins for the first time. The cooking time remains the same whenever you try the recipe. It needs 25 to 30 mins on average.

Let's look into the ingredients. Take 300 gms Paneer or Cottage Cheese and cut it into 2-inch squares. For spices, you need Ginger - Garlic Paste, Chopped Ginger, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, and Garam Masala each of 1 and a half tablespoon, half tablespoon Turmeric Powder and Dried Fenugreek Leaves. Along with this take 1 tbsp Nutrilite Classic, 2 tbsps Nutralite Veg Mayo, 4 tsp Lemon Juice, half cup Yoghurt, 2 medium-sized Capsicums, ...
... 10-12 Golden Apricots, and Red Bell Pepper strips for garnish.
Move on to the preparation segment. Take a non-stick pan, put a tbsp of Nutralite Classic and bring it to heat. Add and mix ginger, finely chopped soaked apricots, and salt. Then add half tbsp of Chilli and Garam Masala Powder to it. After a minute or two, pour one-fourth cup water, and keep stirring for another 2-3 minutes. Turn the gas off and add Lemon Juice to it. Let's prepare the Marinade in the meantime. Take a bowl, add Yoghurt, Ginger-Garlic Paste, Salt, Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala Powder, and Dried Fenugreek Leaves. Mix them well. To the mixture add Lemon Juice and Nutralite Veg Mayo. On the other hand, take Paneer and split it into two pieces. Then spread some Apricot Mixture between the Paneer Slices. Coat the stuffed Paneer with the Marinade. While the Air Fryer is heating, you take a Toothpick, skew two pieces of Capsicum, and between them one piece of Stuffed Paneer. Place them in the Air Fryer and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Garnish it with Red Pepper Strips. It is ready to serve.
