Why People Opt For Ayurveda Over Allopathy And Homeopathy

The main medical treatments include allopathy, homeopathy and Ayurveda. In allopathy, the concept is to treat the disease with the help of drugs, whereas in homeopathy the objective is to bring about a change in the human body so that it responds in a better way. And lastly, Ayurveda happens to be the most cultured process in health care and was introduced about 5000 years ago in India. Across several decades, it continued to be the sole medical option. But now in modern times, and the advancement in science and technology, it is being largely confronted by Allopathy, which is a 300-year-old branch of medical science.
Ayurveda healing is facilitated with the amalgamation of five elements of nature, wherein it locates the origin of the disease in your body and eliminates it completely. Ayurveda usues traditional and natural methods in treating a patient, such as remedies made from herbs, fruits and spices, that do not cause any side effects. Even for simple illnesses, ayurvedic medicine for cough and cold are created to provide remedies.
Allopathy tries to provide immediate treatment by abolishing the disease-causing ...
... organisms through mainly a three-step process - Hypothesis, Testing & Observation and Conclusion. But it does not guarantee a cure. Even if allopathy cures the illnesses, it leaves the patient with several major side effects like body ache and allergies. In spite of being a part of the modern medical system, allopathy has been incapable to find a lasting solution for a few diseases like Jaundice, Piles, and Biliousness etc. Such disease and ailments can be effectively managed by Ayurveda. Even though Ayurveda works quite slowly but it has proven to be effective and cures the disease from its root. Even if you’re treating includes something as simple as an ayurvedic cough syrup, your health will improve and you’ll notice the effects in the longer run.
Whereas, homeopathic treatments are based on something known as potentization and the principle of minimum dose. The remedies are developed through a series of dilution of various parts of plants, vegetables, synthetic materials. Every single of these diluted materials and items is followed by vigorous shaking, till the original substance is indistinguishable. Thus the dose and the consequent side effects are minimized, while the medicine becomes more potent and effective. Therefore, as homeopathic medicines that are used for treatment are highly diluted, there is no trace of the original substance left in the dilution. And so any improvement in the patient’s condition is ascribed to the placebo effect.
Hence people opt for Ayurveda for treatment over both allopathy and homeopathy.
