So, you're done with studies, you've excelled your test with your certificate in hand and now it's time to go out and step into the working world! Only thing is, landing a job just isn't as easy as you thought, now is it? Well, fret not because here are a few good tips you could use to excel in your CNA job hunting.

First, you need documentation, so come up with a standard resume. Keep it short and simple, but include all the necessary details. In general there are 4 components to a resume which would be personal details, education and academic success, work experiences and others. Do keep in mind that you should include whatever certificates you have as proof of your successes and achievements as well. If you've got letters of recommendation or testimonials, attach that too. When it comes to job application, alter your standard resume to suit the job position you're after so that it seems more appealing. Also, don't forget to write a cover letter as well. Search the internet for pointers.

To get a good job, get on the internet and look up online job sites and see if you can find anything you like that is within ...
... reach. You can register to get notifications from various online sites and check regularly for updates as well. It would help to keep an open mind too. If you're looking to work in the education department of health care but get a job in a nursing home or hospital, don't turn it down immediately but consider it and think of it as a way to gain experience.

Besides that, you could also go around your town and look for walk in interviews at your local hospitals or clinics. Job hunting can get a little frustrating, but with the right mindset, a complete resume in hand and enough determination, you're likely to find something, so don't give up!
