Starting a workout routine is a difficult step to take. Many believe that, with the help of a personal trainer, the path is simpler but in reality, with the right advice, each of us can be our trainer (and we have our own success stories like testimony).

1.MAKE A COMMITMENT TO YOURSELF

3.START SMALL: 10 JUMPING JACKS AND 10 SQUATS

Making progress keeps motivation high - it's better to start small and make steady progress, rather than starting big and stopping after two weeks.
Ever trained in your life? You don't have to start with a busy weekly schedule now. Today you can start with 10 jumping jacks and 10 squats and tomorrow you do 11. If even 10 is too many, you can do half of them!
4.DOING SOMETHING IS ALWAYS BETTER THAN DOING NOTHING

5.DON'T FIXATE ON WEIGHTS

6.BE MORE PRESENT
