The petition should be submitted in the form WIN 1 or WI N 2 and in triplicate by the Company Registrar. An affidavit in form WIN 3 shall be attached to the petition.

Tribunal hearings

On the day of hearing the appeal will be heard by the Committee, the complainant and the intimate will consider objections and answers. A temporary liquidator can be named by the Tribunal. The provisional liquidator appointment order is to be made in WIN 8 form. The winding order is achieved in the form WIN 11. The winding order is as follows:
