SISFS– stand for, Startup India Seed Fund Scheme announced by Indian Ministry of Commerce and industry, launched by Indian Government.

This is a scheme or plans to support new ideas and upcoming business start-ups.

In this scheme, 1000 Crores funds are arranged by the government to support the Startups of India. This scheme will start after the end of the 2020 financial year. From April 1st, 2021 SISFS become operational.

This scheme is a 5-year plan from 2021 -2025. The SISFS fund support will be given only once to every start-up.

SISFS will be implemented by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India.

The official notification for the launch of SISFS was released by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT).
