Once you’ve attached the tape, place it on the desired area on the vest but you will need to remove the lining if your jacket has one

However, with the machine, you will need to use the adhesive spray and make sure to use it in the just-right amount because overdoing it will make issues for you. All in all, with machine-sewing, you will need to overlap the stitches, first and last to ensure they are in place. Irrespective of the sewing method that you use, you must cut off the excessive thread as it promises neatness.
