1888PressRelease - Setting the mood with carefully curated beach-town Mexico sounds will drive customer loyalty and franchisee profits.

LAS VEGAS - Ori’Zaba’s knows what brings customers in the doors is its scratch-made, fresh Mexican food. But it hopes to make dining or picking up at one of its locations even more appealing with new, tailored playlists to complete the faraway, Old World Mexican experience and further the brand essence.

Using the popular Soundtrack Your Brand® solution, Ori’Zaba’s will continuously build playlist that will create the ideal atmosphere for guests when they enter a location. While the general vibe of the playlists is beach-town Mexico, it has also customized family-friendly selections to play during its Family Sundays.

“We want diners to escape and take a journey to Old World Mexico when they enter an Ori’Zaba’s location,” explained Astute Brands Director of Consumer Product Management D.J. Wonnacott-Yahnke. “By introducing a soundtrack for our restaurants, we’re helping to create a more memorable, enjoyable experience that appeals to all the diners’ ...
... senses which will get them excited to come back and try more.”

“Ori’Zaba’s has worked to craft the perfect playlists that will complement our authentic flavors, soothing color palette and Old World Mexico imagery for a cohesive ambiance and unified brand presence,” said Wonnacott-Yahnke. “Our hope is that the new background music will boost customers’ moods and satisfaction, which can ultimately translate into sales.”

In fact, one study of 16 fast food restaurants by Soundtrack Your Brand showed that sales increased 9.1% when customers heard songs chosen to fit the brand compared to playlists that contained only random hits.
