The recent outbreak of Coronavirus has made the people focus on their immune system all of a sudden. Even though the immune system has played a massive role in keeping the body healthy until date, COVID has taught us to keep ourselves clean and consume healthy food to stay away from pathogens, including viruses, toxins, and bacteria.

Kiwi: Kiwi is one of the few fruits producing Vitamin K, along with Vitamin C, potassium, and folate. By having this fruit, one can boost vitamin C, and the white blood vessels will ward off the infections. Kiwi is one of the under spoken immunity boosters. 

Garlic: Garlic is a popular choice should one catch a cold or any flu. It is also understood that people who consume garlic during the winter season catch a cold once in a blue moon compared to others who don’t. Having garlic may also cut down the duration of a cold or the flu.

Mushroom: Mushroom is rich in Selenium and Vitamin B. The latter will keep the functionality of the immune system immaculately, and it will thereby help the individual to fight against infection and diseases. In conclusion, Mushroom takes care of immune system functionality. 

These are some of the natural immune system boosters. It is understandable that an individual needs to keep the body healthy by consuming the aforementioned immunity boosters.
