Coworkers are people you have to deal with no matter what. You don't have options sometimes, and you have to find out ways to make your way out of it. If you feel like you have a dominant coworker and you do all the work and get no credit for it. It is time you stand up for it, speak for yourself, and make your work environment better.

Be calm. It is really important to be calm and deal with situations with an open mind. Be patient and find your way out.

Don't focus on things that are not important. Be where you want to be, do what you want, and get away with it.

Complete your work on time or before time in order to gain attention. Speak about it. It's important to be able to speak about yourself and be the star. Don't fear dominancy and competition; otherwise, you won't be able to do anything. Be confident about the work you do and be outspoken when in need.

Make them feel that they are your friend, and maybe then you will feel a little easy about it. Use reverse psychology but understand that you are not allowed to hurt anyone's feelings. Spread love gently, make your way and be confident.

Optimism is the key. You have to be a little optimistic every time. When you are not successful in life, it doesn't mean you are not worth it. Your dominant coworker may make you feel like you are not and pressure you into situations you don't want to be in. Just be optimistic about it, it is good at everything.

Life has its ups and downs always. You can't just sit back and rant about it. Be strong and try to cope up with things you are not comfortable with. You have to understand that you're your own backbone. Find your way, and if you cannot, make it yourself.

A coworker is nothing but a small part of your life. Don't let it overpower you and make you feel inferior about yourself every little time. Ignore the bad, embrace the good. It's your life, and you have to make something out of it.
