Cleanroom Products

Cleanroom Overview:
Cleanrooms are used in practically every industry where small particles can adversely affect the manufacturing process. They vary in size and complexity, and are used extensively in industries such as semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical device and life sciences, as well as critical process manufacturing common in aerospace, optics, military and Department of Energy.
A cleanroom is any given contained space where provisions are made to reduce particulate contamination and control other environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity and pressure. All of the air delivered to a cleanroom passes through HEPA filters, and in some cases where stringent cleanliness performance is necessary, Ultra Low Particulate Air (ULPA) filters are used.
Personnel selected to work in cleanrooms undergo extensive training in contamination control theory. They enter and exit the cleanroom through airlocks, air showers and/or gowning rooms, and they must wear special clothing designed to trap contaminants that are naturally generated by skin and the body.
Modular Cleanrooms:
Modular ...
... Cleanrooms are classified into various kinds like
Modular Hard wall Cleanrooms
Modular Dry rooms
Modular Soft wall Cleanrooms
Modular Hard wall Cleanrooms are of two kinds again like,
Positive Air Pressure Cleanrooms : Cleanrooms are classified into 2 categories of air pressurization, positive and negative air pressure cleanroom HVAC ( Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning ) systems. Positive air pressure cleanrooms systems are normally used for Electronics, Aerospace, Optics, Military and Defense applications, and Research, etc., where the air escaping from doors, ceilings, or walls, due to the positive air pressure, is not hazardous and not creating safety or health concerns. The amount of particulate cleanliness required determines the cleanroom design concept, amount of air filtration, CFM (cubic feet per minute) and total HVAC.
Negative Air Pressure Cleanrooms
Negative air pressure cleanrooms are used for hazardous manufacturing processes. Negative air pressure cleanrooms are also used for BSL level P - 2, P - 3, and P - 4 Bio-Safety cleanrooms for production and medical research.
Modular Dryrooms :
Dry rooms feature designs for precise, continuous, low dew point and temperature control for any moisture sensitive application that is required. Modular, insulated dryrooms are now the standard in many industries.
Cleanrooms - Softwall, Modular
Modular softwall cleanrooms are designed to provide clean environments. Softwall cleanrooms have positive air pressure, single air pass, and portable modular structures.
Standard units consist of painted steel framing that can be fastened to the ground, aluminum gasketed ceiling grid with an interior height based on each specific application. Solid clear vinyl curtains enclose the sides with an access area consisting of vinyl strips that overlap. Clean air is provided through the HEPA filter fan units located in the ceiling. Lighting is provided by the ceiling grid mounted, sealed cleanroom fixtures.
Air passes vertically down through the cleanroom and exits through a space at the bottom perimeter of the curtain walls.
Softwall cleanrooms may require air conditioning to be ducted from the building's HVAC system or separate supplementary air conditioning can be provided.
MODULAR OT/OPERATION THEATRE
Modular operation theatre improves the standards of medical clinics, nursing homes and other medical health care institutions. Modular operation theatre equipment are highly sophisticated with clean doors and made of high quality material, which help to improve the proficiency of the doctors and surgeons during the treatment or medical examination of the patients.

Cleanroom Panels:
clean rooms panel system can be installed as a production complex or a single room for either laboratories or hospitals and can include windows, air locks or pass through facilities. To Design, develop and manufacture products and equipments required for installation of Cleanroom interiors at par with international Standards. Cleanrooms depend on precisely controlled environmental conditions. To minimize contamination risks and protect people and assets, their technological infrastructure must adhere to the most stringent quality standards. More Info:https://www.icleantech.com/
