Don't Hire Taco Catering Services In California Without Asking These 5 Questions

You have a big party coming up. Perhaps it's a corporate event where you want to treat your guests exceptionally well. Maybe it's a birthday party or a baby shower. Maybe your party is actually a wedding! Whatever the reason for your gathering, one thing is certain: the food must be perfect. That is why you don't want to hire just any Mexican taco catering in California; you want to hire the absolute best of the best. Yet, you don't hire catering companies every day. Where do you begin weeding out the good companies from the bad? Before you sign a contract booking your event, be sure to ask all of these questions:
Can I have references from previous clients?
Your party is very important to you and it needs to be handled just right. References will tell you what you may not find out just by talking to the caterer, including what it's like to work with this company as a whole or the individuals who will be serving at your event. If possible, get at least two references who had a similar event with around the same number of party guests.
How many hours will you service?
Especially if it's a wedding, your ...
... event may last into the night. That doesn't mean you need the caterers there that long. Typically, there are three hours of service included in taco catering services in California:one hour is for preparation and a 2-hour window of serving at the actual event. This number is for packages of 30 persons or more. For events with fewer party guests, there is only one hour of preparation and there is a 1-hour window of serving needed.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
You can and should find a taco caterer willing to work with special dietary restrictions. If offering a special meal to certain family and friends is important to you, be sure to look into veggie taco options, as well as organic options, soy tacos, and kosher tacos.
Will you be working at any other parties or events on the same day?
If you're having a Holiday party or wedding in June, it's going to be a busy time for any vendor. Sometimes, caterers will stack two or more events onto the same day or weekend. More than one event in one day isn't necessarily a bad thing, just be sure that if the caterer does have other bookings, your party will get the attention it deserves.
How many tacos does each party goer get?
You will pay your caterer per person attending the event. You won't find a catering company that provides all-you-can-eat without specifically being told to do so. Typically, there will be a limit of four to five tacos maximum per guest. If you want your guests to eat their hearts out, there is an unlimited option you can inquire about.
Once these questions are answered to your liking, go ahead and book their services. You'll feel confident that you have found the right catering company for your big event.
