Common symptoms of a stress or anxiety disorder

Stress includes symptoms that pertain to one’s judgment or thoughts – there are also several other symptoms that are easy to spot in a person suffering from stress.

And if an individual does not allow themselves the time to process and dispense with these small to large worries in their life, it might soon turn into anxiety and might lead to depression.

One’s past may also play a significant role in fueling up the rise of stress and anxiety. Some people at times might have directly endured or experienced shock during their childhood. Even at times, people might have witnessed traumatic events. These events can lead to a higher chance of developing stress during adulthood.
