When we go for a walk or a run, our heart starts beating faster and we start breathing harder as our muscles require more sugar in our blood stream. Over time, this lowers our blood sugar levels and improves the insulin in our body.
Fruits: Fruits contain high amounts of sugar. Even though it has nutrients, overeating fruits can be dangerous to your blood sugar. Just because it is healthy, does not mean that we can consume unlimited quantities of it. Always opt for fruits with low fructose like berries and other citrus fruits. The best way to eat them is in their whole form so that you have to chew it, which inturn helps to digest them better.
