Enterprise related issues

The first thing to bear is the cost issue. Regardless of the "Plan" or "Guide" and the disinfection and disinfection policies issued by local governments, especially for the food part, enterprises need to bear all the resources brought by the disinfection and disinfection of goods in the cold chain logistics link. The huge cost of time and manpower, and in the face of the trend of normalization of the epidemic in the future, this part of the cost may continue to increase with more stringent anti-virus and sterilization requirements.

At the time when the new crown epidemic is normalizing, disinfection and disinfection methods are used to ensure that cold chain foods are free from virus intrusion, both for consumers and operators It is very important to solve the above problems in the future cold chain, fill the loopholes of disinfection and disinfection, and provide consumers with safer products. The Cold Chain Committee analyzes the future trend of cold chain disinfection and mainly focuses on the following four aspects :

The first is policy support and guidance. Policies formulated by the government can alleviate the operating pressure of enterprises, such as sharing part of the cost, clarifying certification and evaluation standards, and issuing qualifications for corresponding institutions. At the same time, a training mechanism is established to ensure operating standards for operators, sort out damages to related personnel, machinery, equipment, etc., formulate corresponding protective measures and provide support. In this way, the so-called standardization can be realized, a detailed system can be established, and the cost pressure of some enterprises can be reduced and the assistance to the entire operation link can be improved.

The second is the improvement of standards, including the formulation of detailed operating standards, the formulation of various consumables standards, a unified certification standard system, a grading and fractional standard system, and so on. Among them, the overall standard system needs to consider the feasibility of actual implementation, and cover various links, not only covering the routine operation process, but also formulating solutions for abnormal situations that occur. Due to the complexity of the cold chain links and the all-encompassing variety, it cannot be treated in a uniform manner. The third is the technical application of the entire disinfection link. At present, almost all cold chain disinfection uses manual operations to complete disinfection and sterilization, which requires investment in resource costs, and also brings greater risks of pollution and infection, and requires technical reforms. , Such as the introduction of automatic spraying and killing equipment applications.
