Mindset Changes That Students Should Make Right Now

Lets face the fact : Having a great mindset is a secret it living a happy and productive life. Right?

Even the biggest life crushing problems would look like an opportunity if you just change the perspective little bit.

So you understand how having great mindsets are very important to be happy and successful in life. There are people who barely have anything and yet they are happier than most people with jobs and roofs over their heads. There are people who have no family or partners in life and yet they are happier than people in marriages with children.

Anything is possible with a great mindset right? Faith, love, hate, humiliation, embarrassment, harassment, bullying : whatever life throws at us, with a good mindset we can knock it out of the park in auto pilot mode.

Yes most of us are aware of this and yet its hard to change our mindsets right?

There are certain things we need to consiously practice in order to develop a certain mindset:

DON'T COMPLAIN :

The moment we try to avoid complaining, your mind immediately starts filtering out negative thoughts out

Now ...
... of course negative thoughts are going to be there in your mind as we need to practically explore all possiblities but not complaining gives you more energy and determination to go ahead and tackle the problem in hand!

I have personally tried this and has done wonders to me. Since I complain alot sometimes blocking out negativity right in my brain helped me be in the present more and just get better and faster at processing and figuring stuff out in my head.

Complaining increases anxiety which makes you emotional. Being emotional never helps in solving anything right?

This helped me reduce the anxiety when I was preparing for GRE and IELTS exams

SAY GOODBYE TO PEOPLE WHO BRINGS YOU DOWN:

It is important that we do not tolerate people treating us badly. It's about having a degree of self respect and self love that we just do not let anyone cross a line with us

Right?

Now I don't mean to say that everyone should bow to you and always be sensitive to you and your words. Life can be cruel and unfair sometimes and people tend to walk out and disappoint us.

But when that happens, when the thought of someone itself is enough to bring you down, you make sure you say good bye to such people.

As sad as it is to walk out on people, sometimes it's necessary.

COMMIT TO GOALS AND NEVER LOOK BACK!

it is very important that you both believe in your goals and constantly prioritize it over other insignificant stuff that life throws at us.

This is something important that every teenager need to know. Sometimes we might actually fall in love and when that happens you might start taking your goals lightly and find yourself getting lost in another world. While it is extremely important to be vulnerable and connected to a partner, it is also important to be fair to yourself as an individual who has dreams and aspirations.

This is especially important when the relationship is toxic as one trauma is strong enough to completely detrack ones career.

SWEAT EVERYDAY:

Exercise of any form when done consistently over a period of time gives us a good mindset and boosts our moods.

For some people exercise and serve as an outlet for being stressed or just burn out the excess energy that would be spent on destructive things like over thinking, complaining or tobacco/alcohol.

Exercising can even boost self confidence and brings a positive outlook on oneself which can go along way in being postive and building a good long lasting social circle and relationships!

Plus you can see many atheletes and body builders being considered as an inspiration since it takes more than just will power to get there. It takes discipline, consistency, it tests our patience and gives us a certain level of tolerance to pain.

MEDITATION:

This goes without saying. Meditation can take you loong way and it kind of adds depth and meaning to our lives.

I am a huge fan of meditation since it pretty much changed the way I handled things. My emotions were always grounded and I was being mature about alot of things

There's something about observing our mind and our thoughts and just being there with the atmosphere in absolute silence. Gives us a sense of clarity and a better perspective on life.
