David Thause is President of Global World Enterprise and 15 of its affiliated companies. GWE is a National Real Estate and Financial Services firm based out of Brooklyn, NY with offices in FL, IL and NJ. David attended Tel Aviv University, in Israel where he graduated with a degree in accounting. In 1985 he relocated to the United States to assertively expand his operations, focusing on investment and development of mixed-use real estate. He based his operations out of Brooklyn, NY. After growing his first Company “MAN Wood Craft, Inc.” to approximately 100 Employees he created a joint venture to corner the rehab construction markets in Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island. This Joint venture was called The Global Group and with its growth Mr. Thause began concentrating his efforts in Development sites of which he held ownership.

After the Great Recession of 2008, David would form his current company specializing in relief efforts for foreclosures and debt; Global World Enterprise, LLC. David would become highly proficient in foreclosure prevention and debt settlements. He deals with residential, commercial and mixed-use properties, coops and condos. Solely through word of mouth, GWE would become highly active in the Metro Area as well as Florida, California, Washington and Illinois. GWE has grown to over $2M in annual revenues over the past few years.

Through his recent success, David has been able to reacquire his Florida Vacation home in 2011 and his 100 Acre Development site in Florida as well as acquire Miami Condos and a Multi Family unit in Brooklyn and Florida within a recent 16 month time span. All properties were acquired without obtaining a mortgage. This brings him to a profound knowledge and skill in property management. David decided to help others to buy properties in foreclosure and open Global Management & Consulting and Global Flip Realty, that deals only with foreclosures

Mr. Thause is very active in the Jewish community and serves as the President for his local synagogue for the last 18 years. He has been named "Businessman of the Year" in 2003 and 2004 by the National Republic Congressional Committee, as well as "Honorary Chairman" of the NRCC’s Business Advisory in 2003.
