(1888 PressRelease) On December 17, 2020, Saw Mill Capital acquired RND Automation out of Lakewood Ranch, Florida to boost its industrial automation portfolio which currently includes iAutomation out of North Attleboro, Massachusetts. This strategic acquisition will allow both RND and iAutomation to expand their service offerings and exchange expertise, while also expanding their presence along the East Coast.

Briarcliff Manor, NY – Saw Mill Capital Partners II, LP and affiliated private equity investment funds managed by Saw Mill Capital LLC ("Saw Mill") are pleased to announce the acquisition of RND Automation (“RND”), a leading, Florida-based integrator of robotics, vision systems and automation solutions for custom packaging and assembly applications. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
