Turning is a process used to create a cylindrical part, where the work piece rotates and when working normally the turning work reduces the diameter of the piece, especially to certain dimensions, the cutting tool rotates in a linear fashion and the state-of-the-art turning center can also perform various milling and drilling operations.
Deccan Engineering Works CNC turning machines are available in various dimensions and our range is made available in a wide variety of numerical and auto control machines offered to our valued customers or demanded by the customers for different features like rust resistant and shock proof which increases the productivity of the product.
The CNC turning is a manufacturing process in which strips of goods are placed in a chuck and rotated to extract the material to create the desired shape and programmed tooling attachments to move the raw material bar to create the tower programming result. If the center has both turning and transport capacity, rotation can be stopped to allow other size mills.
Advantages of Deccan Engineering CNC Turning India

... India
2) Fast turning and milling bars provide the ability to remove metal quickly and accurately
3) Rotary tool bar machining center offers milling, drilling and tapping performance
4) High efficiency of CNC simplifies programming and increases productivity.
5) Demonstrating the usefulness of the robot increases productivity and enables light-out operations
6) Second spindle offers finishing or sequential part processing.
During the CNC turning process, other materials, including computer, metal, plastic and numerical control, are rotated. The turning process is carried out on lathes which are considered to be the oldest machine tools such as straight turning, tapping turning profiling or external feeding.
This process produces materials of different sizes as straight, cone-shaped or groove pieces, and some CNC turning centers have a rod, working on one side, while other turning centers have two spindles, a main and a sub-spindle. A simple single point cutting tool is used in the CNC turning process and each group of work piece material has an excellent set of tools angle developed over the years.
