Connect Plus is an organization dealing with Behavior Services in New Jersey for autistic children. The organization uses Applied Behavior Analysis or ABA therapy for treating autism. Assessment of the child

Social skill training is provided using Cognitive Behavior Therapy also called Power-Solving.

Therapy based on play in natural environment is also provided to the child. This is known as Natural Environment Teaching. Early Start Denver Model is implemented to boost the cognitive, language and social skills of the autistic child. Qualification of the therapists

ABA Therapy can only be provided by Board Certified Behavior Analysts. In order to become a BCBA, one needs to hold a master’s degree or PhD in psychology or behavior analysis, clear a national certification examination and may need a state license in some states. The Behavior Analysts working for Connect Plus are certified by Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Registered Behavior Technicians also assist in the therapy.
