Charlie Brooker is an English author, screenwriter, producer, and social critic. The creator is known for his projects including, the sci-fi drama anthology series Black Mirror, Nathan Barley, Brass Eye, and The 11 O’Clock Show. Brooker won the Columnist of the Year for his Guardian column. The creator also received three British Comedy Awards for Best Newcomer in 2009, Best Comedy Entertainment Personality in 2012, and Best Comedy Entertainment Show Award for Newswipe in 2011. His show Charlie Brooker’s show won the BAFTA TV Awards for Best Comedy and Comedy Entertainment Programme. Brooker’s work on Black Mirror got a huge appreciation for its writing and plot.
