Turning is a process used to create cylindrical parts, where the cutting tool moves in a linear fashion as the work piece rotates and performing normally reduces the diameter of the turn work piece, especially up to specific dimensions. The state-of-the-art turning center can also perform various milling and drilling operations.
Deccan Engineering Works offer CNC turning machines available in various dimensions. Our range is made available in a wide variety of numerical and auto control machines offered to our valued customers. Our range is demanded by the customers for different features like corrosion resistant and shock proof which increases the productivity of the product.
CNC turning is a manufacturing process in which strips of goods are placed in a chuck and rotated to remove the material to create the desired shape and the turret is programmed with tooling attachments to move the raw material bar to create programmed results. If the center has both turning and transport capacity, rotation can be stopped to allow for other shape mills.
During the CNC turning process, computers, metals, plastics and other ...
... materials with numerical control are rotated. The turning process is carried out on lathes that are considered to be the oldest machine tools such as straight turning, tapping turning profiling or external feeding.
This process produces materials of different shapes as straight, cone-shaped or grooved pieces and some CNC turning centers have a spindle, working on one side, while other turning centers have two spindles, a main and a sub-spindle. The CNC turning process uses a simple single point cutting tool and each group of work piece materials has an excellent set of tools angle developed over the years.
Advantages of Deccan Engineering CNC Turning India
1) Production is done in India
2) High-speed turning and milling bars provide the ability to extract metal quickly and accurately
3) Rotary tool bars deliver machining center milling, drilling and tapping performance
4) The high efficiency of CNC simplifies programming and increases productivity.
5) Demonstrating the robot’s suitability increases productivity and enables light-out operations
6) The second spindle offers finishing or sequential part processing.
For all experience level operators, the CNC Turning Center offers a minimal learning curve, optimizing training time.
