These socket-weld pipe flanges are involved by injecting the pipe into the socket end and applying the fillet joint around the top. This permits for an even bore and better flow of the fluid or gas inside of the pipe. Socket-weld flanges were originally industrialized for use on small-size high heaviness piping. Stainless steel Socket weld flanges have a female socket in which the pipe is fitted. Fillet joining is done from outside on the pipe.
