This document provides steps to download and install using the HP-provided drivers for most HP printers installed in a Windows 10 environment and running the Add Printer Wizard for Network Printers.

You can download the www.123.hp.com/setup driver from the applicable printer page under Support & Drivers .

Step 2: Extract the driver file
After downloading the driver, follow these steps to extract the file to your computer.

Driver instructions for drivers with a .Exe file extension :

Find the .Exe file and double-click it to extract the file.
A new window will open showing the recommended path to extract the file. You can choose this path as is, or you can move to another directory and extract the files. Remember where you unzipped the file.
Steps for drivers with a .Zip file extension :

Find the .Zip file and double-click ...

A list of the contents of the .Zip file is displayed in the window. Click Deploy , then click Deploy All .
