Bad Habits You Need To Cut Out
How many of us are guilty of piling up our work, skipping dinner, binge drinking and cultivating other bad habits that could pose certain problems? I am sure every reader would agree that everybody has their poison.
For some it could be cold frozen foods every night, pizzas or junks every other day, skipping breakfast, staying up late night, binge-watching shows all night - things that may look harmless are actually not.
These small bad habits can be detrimental to your health in the long run as well.
Poor sleep cycle
Experts suggest that an average sleep of 7-8 hours is a must for every human being to function adequately.
