Remove the Identity Keys through the Registry Editor

Hit the Windows and R hotkeys simultaneously to launch the Run pop-up.
Then use the left side menu to reach the following location: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity\Identities
Go to the Identities key and right-click on it.
Now, click on the Delete button.
Later, shut the Registry Editor then reboot the system.
