Are you confused about offering your teenage child omega-3 dietary supplement? This is the common concern of any parent for there is much said about omega 3 fatty acids and their effects on children’s overall health development. Numerous research studies have proved that docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) or the long-chain (LC) omega-3 fatty acids play a major role in the development of the eyes, brain and central nervous system in teenagers.
