As all of you might know, the pandemic has taken away employment and earning opportunities from many. All of us are known to at least a couple of such people who have been brutally stricken by the pandemic batons. This Diwali, let us step forward to make their Diwali meaningful as well. After all, festivals are for everyone, and if even one person remains out of it, we fail as the human race.

Always remember that every drop is significant for the ocean to gain its volume. Similarly, every contribution and effort count regardless of its magnitude.

Diwali is a festival of lights, sweets, chocolates, and, most importantly, love. Celebrations aim at inclusive happiness and never isolated entertainment. Make your kids realize the meaning of selfless love and distribute chocolates and sweets amongst the impoverished children of your area. A little smile on the faces that carve for love and compassion will brighten up your Diwali like no other. Let the light of the Diwali be the illumination of the soul this time and not just the flame on the earthen lamp.
Pay a Visit to the Orphanage
You can also take your kid to a nearby orphanage to offer the children a piece of your love and kindness in the form of Diwali gifts. This will make the unfortunate ones a part of your celebration of the festival. Your kids will also learn to share happiness with all, regardless of their socio-economic belonging. Allowing your child to play and spend some quality time with these kids can be a wonderful way to instill the spirit of equality in him/her. Let this Diwali bring the warmth of humanity to every heart.
Share Your Joy With the Less Privileged Children
If you know some of the less privileged kids of your area, invite them to be a part of your Diwali celebration. Extend gifts, offer food and clothes to these children cutting down a part of the personal Diwali expenses you otherwise do. Make your children aware of the fact that sharing is the best form of happiness. It is through sharing our wealth and belongings that we procure true happiness.
