Pallet truck and power stacker, though used in similar type of industry with their mechanical ability, but still there are some points that establish a list of differences between these two equipments. The power stackers are really efficient for the transportation of orientated envelopes positioned longitudinally. The entire system comprises of multiple friction belts and an upper deflection flap that is stored in it in order to mount it to registration wall and establish it firmly at the front of the power stack wheel.

On the other hand, the pallet truck differs in its functionality from the power stacker. It is used to lift and move pallets. There are several forms of pallet trucks that are available. Among these types, the most commonly used are the hand pallet trucks that are really convenient as they offer hospitable feature in deploying these stuffs that are used for grave purposes. There are front wheels in this device that get mounted in the deep end of the forks. The hydraulic jack gets raised leading to the vertical separation of forks from the front wheels compelling the load upwards till it vanished ...
... from the floor in order to lift the goods from there to carry its load.

The power stacker has deflector ramps that are fixed at angles of around 20 degrees. The deflector bench is mounted on the registration wall and elevated vertically towards the receiving end of the deck. This arrangement, however, is similar to the one in case of the pallet truck carriers with slight variations in order to accommodate the change in weight. However, the next point of distinction states that the loading capacity in the power stackers is usually calculated at 1500 kilograms, while in case of the pallet truck, it is a little less. In case of the former, the lifting height is around 3115 mm where as that in case of the latter is enough to maintain little distance from the ground. The weight of the stackers usually exceeds 1,000 kilograms where as when it comes to the latter, it is comparatively lesser.

In a nutshell, however, it may be concluded that the operational potential or capacity of the power stacker as well as the pallet truck differs hugely and the weight they are able to shoulder again faces a lot of diversity. In case of the stacker, it is observed that the weight that it can shoulder is greater as compared to that of the pallet truck.
